Meet the Team

  • Sarah Brown

Qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor and Owner/Operator of Embody.

After working in the music industry for the majority of my adult life, I am very excited to have moved into the Health & well-being work space. I started practicing both Pilates & Yoga on the mat when my two children were young and then discovered the reformer 6 years ago and instantly fell in love. I am passionate about all things well-being, and EMBODY has been born from a desire to create a space for people to connect with others and themselves in a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. Embody is as much about community and connection as it is about health and movement. This is a space for you and your growth and everyone is welcome.

I love the versatility and support the reformer offers and I look forward to sharing classes focused on movement that’s enjoyable and suitable for anyone & everyone.
